I’ve trained and learned at a high level
I learned at the Galley Culinary School in Spain, and I’ve had the privilege of working as a sous chef alongside incredible, inspiring yacht chefs who shaped my standards and discipline.
I let ingredients and plating lead
My secret in the kitchen is simple: I use locally sourced, always-fresh, high-quality ingredients, and I focus on creative presentation—because I want my food to impress before the first bite.

































Chef Sarah was amazing. We've never done anything like this, it was a special event for our family in celebration of a 70th birthday. We had old and very young people and she did amazing accommodating everyone. Could not recommend her more, 10/10
